1. Who operates this application?

Phil_BeaTz Postiz is an independently operated instance of Postiz used for managing the Phil_BeaTz and BANG-IT-UP-MUSIC creator channels. It is not operated by Google, YouTube or the Postiz project. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to elvishyso@gmail.com.

2. Information accessed through Google and YouTube

After an authorized Google OAuth sign-in, the application may access, depending on granted scopes and actions initiated by the account owner:

• YouTube channel and account identifiers, names, basic channel information and associated metadata.
• Video details, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, visibility settings and uploads.
• Video and channel analytics and reporting information, if authorized.
• OAuth authorization tokens required to maintain the authorized connection.
• Publishing schedules, post drafts and files intentionally supplied to the private application.

3. Purposes of use

Authorized data is used solely to link the selected channel, prepare and schedule content, manage videos and related metadata as instructed, and display available performance analytics. No access is requested to sell Google user data or to run unrelated advertising profiles.

4. Storage, security and service providers

The publishing application runs in an operator-managed Docker environment. Data necessary for its operation, including post drafts, media, API tokens and connected-channel records, may be stored in application databases and storage volumes. Communication with Google/YouTube and infrastructure necessary for operation takes place as required for requested features. This public informational website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and may be subject to Cloudflare's standard delivery and security logging practices. We do not sell Google user data. Access to the private system is limited to its authorized administrator.

5. Retention, withdrawal and deletion

Access can be revoked at any time using Google Account third-party access settings. You may also contact the operator at elvishyso@gmail.com to request removal of associated locally held authorization information and authorized API data. Revocation or a deletion request will be followed by removal of associated authorized data as soon as practicable and within the time limits required by applicable YouTube API policies. Backups, where any exist, are handled according to applicable retention and deletion obligations. Deleting local content does not automatically delete independently published videos on YouTube unless the owner separately authorizes that action.

6. User choice and scope of access

Granting access is optional. The Google consent screen describes the permissions requested, which may include management of videos and channel information. Authorization may be withdrawn. The application does not request or store your Google password.
